Information for the first appointment:
  • Patients should wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably long, loose or stretchy pants, or knee-length shorts, and bring a pair of clean socks.
  • Shiatsu patients MUST bring a pair of clean socks.
  • DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TONGUE. You may brush your teeth!
  • Please EAT SOMETHING one to three hours before the appointment.
  • Do not not wear any makeup or perfume/cologne.
